Aaron Lee

Aaron Lee is a strategic growth coach, creative leader, and entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience helping leadership teams grow with clarity and purpose. Over 22 years, Aaron founded, grew and recently exited his digital marketing firm, iluma Agency. Along the way earning 4 Inc5000 and Best Places to Work recognitions as they grew.

Currently He’s the founder of SIXQ, a strategic coaching practice, and a certified Bloom Growth Coach, where he works with fast-growing and high-potential companies to align their teams, simplify execution, and unlock transformational results. He also serves as Chairman of the Board for Mirth and Mischief Productions, an immersive fantasy entertainment company blending storytelling and experience design.

Aaron is also a 15+ year member and global leader in the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, having served as Chapter President, Regional Chair and he currently chairs the EO Global Strategy & Planning Council.

David Aferiat

David Aferiat is a strategic growth coach, entrepreneur, and business leader with over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience helping companies scale with clarity, intention, and stronger leadership alignment. Over his career, David has founded and led multiple ventures across enterprise sales, fintech, and marketing services, giving him a deep understanding of how growing businesses operate and what they need to thrive.

Today he is a Certified Bloom Growth Coach, bringing a blend of strategic insight, practical systems thinking, and empathetic guidance to founders and leadership teams working to simplify operations and build high-performing cultures.

David is also a long-standing member and volunteer leader in the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, having served as President of EO Atlanta in 2022–2023, and led the EO NERVE 2024 conference in Atlanta. David also previously served as President of the French-American Chamber of Commerce Atlanta-Southeast, leading record membership growth and organizational transformation.
